basically my choice is smart led tv because it has many options. i know it is costly but it is better option for every buyer.

1. Smart TV is not quite a good option, the appearance may be awesome, the interface may be much better than dumb TV, you like it at first sight. Then you take it back home, you will be convinced that you made the right option in the first months. After that, you will find the TV crashes a lot, it is becoming slower and slower for the Android System just like your Android phone. Dumb TV will not have same issue, the complain for quality issue of dumb TV is much less compared with smart TV.
2. HD LED TV is not enough for use. The latest technology is 8K, while 4K, which is also called ultra HD, is enough for daily use. I am not sure if you have 4K movie available in your place, some movies in my TV are 4K, the picture quality is much better.

To sum it up, a 4K non-smart LED TV is the best choice since smart TV will cost more and not very user friendly after some time.

MY OPENION FOR YOU

Don't think more, go for smart tv. You can connect and view even a smartphone screen on it which is ever best feature, more than nothing required. Also you buy a hd smart tv that not cost too much. If your budget is medium you can go for LG brand. It cost around 23k has everything includong 32 inch hd screen. Dont go for any local brand as you couldnt change the tv frequently. If budget is too short, go for MI smart tv that cost only 13k which is good enough with all the features.
